Mostly good, some minor issues
I picked up the New Parents Date Box, and overall it's a solid idea for new parents. The cards themselves were thoughtful and well-designed. However, the estimated delivery time was 5-7 business days, and it actually took 9 days to arrive in California, which was a little disappointing as I wanted it for a specific date. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, but they couldn't speed it up. The gift wrap service was nice, but felt a tad pricey for what it was. Despite the small delay and wrap cost, the actual content of the box made it worth it for us, so I'd still recommend them.
Good quality, consistent service
I've ordered from A Year of Dates a few times now, primarily for anniversary gifts. This time I got the Leather Anniversary Gift, and it was just as good as the Cotton Anniversary one last year. Personalization was accurate, and shipping was reliable, took about 6 days to get to me in Florida. They're pretty consistent with their products and delivery, which is why I keep coming back.
